Gift patch fixes.

• Fake transfer now works end to end: rewrites the STARGIFT_NOT_UNIQUE
  payment-form error and clears the transfer cooldown ("Try Later — transfer in
  N days"), so the spoofed transfer actually goes through.
• Spoof profile unique gifts: the model and symbol (pattern) now render —
  their emoji are auto-loaded by id at startup, so you no longer have to open the
  packs by hand.
• Auto-load also covers Spoof profile gifts and Show hidden gifts, so their
  custom emoji load automatically too.

• Patch engine (Patchgram.dll): in-process patches across categories —
  accounts, messages, optimizations, gifts, and misc.
• Persistent launcher (pg_launcher.exe): keeps watch so every Telegram
  launch is patched automatically, not just the first one.
• macOS-styled GUI (Flutter): toggle patch sections, point at your Telegram
  install, and apply — no command line required.
