Install and Run from the Source Code

1. Install all the required packages for running the app

pip install -r requirements.txt

2. Start the Application from the folder

python run_gcats.py

or

python -m gcats

Requirements

• Python 3.10 or newer.
• A connected gamepad.
• FFmpeg's ffprobe is optional and is used only to show media lengths.

Windows Installer

Please us this link to download the latest release of the software that includes GCATS-setup.exe. Download and double click on it to Install the GCATS app.

After successfull installation, Launch the Application and it displays a splash screen that laods the app.

On Startup page, the applications checks dependencies, and waits for a gamepad before showing the setup pages.
