Version bump to 0.3.0 across the four version files + CHANGELOG section cut. Tag
v0.3.0follows the merge; the release workflow builds CLI tarballs, the notarized DMG, and — first time — the signed updater bundle +latest.jsonthat the new in-panel self-updater consumes.
