Marketplace CLI closes the seller loop.

Ships:

  • railcall market login/logout/whoami — proper credential flow instead of the env-var placeholder
  • railcall market publisher init/register + railcall market publish use the local session with auto-refresh on stale JWT
  • Points at the live marketplace backend at railcall-marketplace-lggm.onrender.com
