Just like my previous release, the original repo for this action has been abandoned but I still utilize it. node16 is being deprecated, so I updated things to node20 and updated every other package to the latest supported without any code changes. Since I'm not a TS developer, I really don't know what I'm doing in there!

This is a fork of another project that hasn't seen much love in the past few years. Due to deprecation of Node 12 in Github Actions, I decided to fork this and attempt to update the package. I'm not a TS developer so I just kind of did what needed to be done to pass builds.
