Summary

  • reuse the live shared backend port before registering the desktop protocol
  • keep protocol and backend-manager endpoints aligned when the workstation service already owns port 8080
  • fall back safely when the live-backend marker is malformed

Verification

  • vp test run apps/desktop/src/app/DesktopApp.test.ts
  • pnpm --filter @t3tools/desktop typecheck
