When Hide settled shelves history under classic Recency/None, group settled rows with the same settle-time recency buckets as Sidebar V2 (Last Hour / Earlier Today / …). Reuse groupSettledThreadsByRecencyForSidebarV2 and the shared View preference for “Date headers on settled”.
