Summary

  • Classic sidebar still used the small git-PR icon for open/merged/closed.
  • Match Sidebar V2: colored mono #number badge (click opens PR, full tooltip).
  • Applied on both project rows and recency/none recent rows.

Test plan

  • Classic Recency: open PR shows green #N after title; click opens PR
  • Merged / closed use violet / red classes
  • Project grouping rows show the same badge
  • Tooltip still shows state + title

Replace the git-PR icon on classic project and recency/none rows with the
colored mono #number badge from Sidebar V2 so open/merged/closed state stays
scannable without hunting for an icon.
