Renaming a scene updates the Scenes list straight away. The new name showed in the scene's title
and its jump list, but the Scenes list kept the old one until Patterpad was restarted, and so did the
project overview, the Start scene pickers, the Delete scene dialog, and jumps to that scene seen from
other scenes. They all follow a rename now. Reported by jlafos in #73.
Select All while renaming a scene selects the title, not the whole window. With the cursor in a
scene's title, Edit ▸ Select All (Cmd/Ctrl-A) selected everything on screen instead of the title's text.
The scene name beside the project name follows a rename. Once the title scrolls out of view, the
topbar shows the scene's name; after a rename it went on showing the old one, and clearing the title
brought the old name back too.
