Bug - Select - menu doesn't auto flip left/right

When the menu opens, it can go off screen on the left/right side of the viewport if there isn't enough space for the menu to show, when it should be able to auto flip and display on the other side. Vertical flip works fine.

You can see it with the theme switcher menu on either any docs page, or a full page example. It also happens with select component examples, but you'll need to muck with the example to create a menu that will go off screen.

FYI the updated theme switcher is in @patternfly/documentation-framework now and when opening it on a full page example page, you can't access the menu - attached a video of the issue below. cc @kmcfaul @thatblindgeye

It would be great to fix this soon if we can. I wonder if we could see if it's an easy fix with popper, and if not, we implement some sort of workaround? Workarounds could look like:

• On full page examples - move the theme switcher to the bottom/left on non-org sites, too (maybe we should do that anyways?). On the main docs pages, move the menu toggle/menu to the left of the other masthead actions.
• Set a position via menuPopperProps that's dynamic between org and non-org sites (assuming that's possible)
