Primary Detail + Card View demos: convert to use hooks and function components

Is this a new component or an extension of an existing one?
Existing - In order to match all the updated PF component conversions to functional components, the Card View and Primary Detail demos need a React hook + FC overhaul as they are still using class components and old render methods

• Convert primary detail demos to TS #9363
