v1.2.3 — Obsidian community store compliance

Cleanup release for resubmission to the Obsidian Community Plugin Store.

Changes

• Removed emoji prefixes from section headings (Sources, Output, AI enrichment, Auto-linking, Participants, Entity extraction, License)
• Resolved all obsidianmd/ui/sentence-case lint errors in SettingsTab.ts
• Preserved Fireflies / Otter / AI brand-name capitalization (per Obsidian docs on proper nouns)
• Fixed a "bd" typo in the Otter import tip

No functional changes — UI strings only.
