First semantic release of ofxTimestamp.

  • Modernizes the example for current openFrameworks window setup.
  • Adds Makefile-based building for openFrameworks 0.12.1.
  • Replaces raw FILE* writes with ofBufferToFile.
  • Adds a friendlier README with usage and compatibility notes.

Verified with make Debug using openFrameworks 0.12.1 on macOS.
