OmSticker 0.9.1

Removes the unused polkit policy. Flashing still uses UDisks2.

Linux x86_64 tarball includes omsticker and omsticker-helper. Run them from the same directory. Needs Qt 6, UDisks2, and libfdisk.

Windows is not included: flashing uses UDisks2 and Linux block devices, so a Windows build would not work without a rewrite.
