v1.1.1.0 - Scoped, read-only keys for machines

This release adds scoped device keys: a key can now be limited to entries whose names start with a chosen prefix and marked read-only, so a script or appliance can fetch just the values it needs without being able to read — or change — the rest of the vault. Existing keys are unscoped and unaffected, as is the companion app.

Packaged for both StartOS 0.3.5.1 (-0351) and 0.4.0.1 (-040); each package is universal (x86_64 + aarch64).
