  • Linux Microphone Capture & Zero-Deadlock parecord Integration:
    • Resolved audio recording deadlocks and stream initialization hangs with PulseAudio/PipeWire when capturing external USB microphones (such as Fifine PD200X) and system defaults by replacing ffmpeg -f pulse with native parecord capture into a lossless audio stream container.
    • Eliminated device lockups caused by simultaneous OBS and desktop audio sessions.
  • Audio Synchronization & Duration Probing:
    • Enhanced offline audio muxing in finalizePipewire with robust audio duration probing across WAV and M4A formats.
    • Automatic delay synchronization ensuring external microphone audio tracks remain aligned with video recordings.
