Letos 4.0.0 don't start in Windows Server 2016

After the install in Windows Server 2016 x64

The function require Windows 10, only check windows version before call. It's sad lose the compatibility with old operating systems

Qt 6 requires Windows 10. Qt 6 solves lots of issues that Qt 5 had (High DPI support, font issues, SVG support, and more).

If you need to use older system, unfortunately you have to stick to SQLiteStudio 3.4.x.
