Official Letos builds published on letos.org, starting with version 4.0.1, include the proprietary Icons8 icon set, licensed to Letos by Icons8.
The Icons8 icons are licensed exclusively for use with Letos. They may not be copied, extracted, redistributed, or reused in other projects without a separate Icons8 license.

Letos repository remains fully open-source and still contains its default, free and Public Domain/Open Source icons. The Icons8 icons are kept in a separate, private repository and used only to build the official binaries by letos.org.
The default free icon set will continue to be maintained and expanded. The Icons8 icon set will be updated accordingly.
Anyone building Letos from the public repository will receive the default free icon set. The proprietary Icons8 icons are included only in the official binaries distributed via letos.org.
