Bumps PayCross and PayCrossCore to 0.2.1 (User-Agent, both podspecs) and
dates the CHANGELOG entry that shipped ahead of this release: the Apple
Pay button no longer hides on account-funding sessions, gated only by
wallets.apple_pay: false.

Also takes two LOW notes from the account-funding gate review
(wallet-aft-ios-review.md #9, #10): a stale test comment that claimed
accountFunding still rides downstream when nothing reads it anymore, and
a doc comment on SessionResponse.accountFunding saying it is decoded for
the wire contract and deliberately unread.
