feat!: remove the UploadThing storage adapter

[paulpopus]

This PR removes the UploadThing storage adapter from the monorepo.

Reason being low usage and maintenance burden as we look towards expanding the API of storage adapters.

I wouldn't even bother deprecating. We're doing a new major release and we can just remove it. The download usage is so low. Somebody else who wants to maintain it could fork it out of the repo and publish it as a community maintained adapter.

Yes but it's alright, I was just being funny. I'll just have to use a second storage solution for my project, I can't migrate from uploadthing at this point very easily for my app storage, but my CMS side is less of an issue.
