feat(ui): refresh auth sessions from user activity

Refreshes auth sessions at a checkpoint when recent focus or mouse movement shows that the admin is active. This avoids sending a request for every activity event while preventing an active session from expiring simply because activity happened before the refresh window.

The auth provider reuses the existing refresh debounce and request queue, and strongly typed cross-tab events keep session state synchronized. Explicit logout also settles behind in-flight auth work so a late refresh cannot restore a rotated credential; both BroadcastChannel and the storage fallback follow the same behavior.

Adds a dedicated real auth-session fixture using the existing /api route, opaque HTTP-only tokens, server-side rotation and revocation, and context-wide virtual time. Its five Playwright tests exercise checkpoint refresh, provider revocation, cross-tab refresh, inactivity expiration, and logout races across both synchronization transports without request interception or mocked auth.
