What's Changed

Fix duplicate tier label in model names — removed the plugin-side tier suffix (e.g. "(Premium)") that was being appended to model display names. The backend's display_name already includes the tier, so this eliminates duplication like "DeepSeek V4 Pro (Premium) (Premium)".
