• payware_operations_create_transaction (ISV role): the server accepts and checks producerPartnerId, terminalId and terminalManufacturer on an ISV call and records them, but the sale stays the ISV's, so a producer earns nothing from it. The tool still does not send them; use the same tool from the merchant role when the terminal producer is meant to be attributed.
• payware_operations_create_transaction (merchant role): terminalManufacturer is counted per producer in payware's internal attribution review, so a build running on another vendor's hardware stands out. It never blocks a transaction.
