• The layout settings now explain that the central widget cannot be hidden and that selecting
  No central widget allows hiding the note edit or note preview panel
  (for #3732)
• Automatically discover QOwnNotes for Nextcloud for note versions and deleted notes, with
  fallback to QOwnNotesAPI on older Nextcloud and ownCloud servers
• The connection test shows the detected server app, and setup links to both supported apps
• There was a new release of QOwnNotes for Android,
  v1.4.0
  • Audio notes can now be recorded from the note-list menu or home-screen widget, previewed
    before saving, and stored locally as M4A files in attachments/ before synchronization
  • Audio attachment links can be played in QOwnNotes or opened with another app, with an
    optional remembered choice; the in-app player also supports recordings not yet uploaded
  • QOwnNotes for Nextcloud is now discovered automatically for notes, versions, trash, and
    attachments, with fallback to the existing Notes and QOwnNotesAPI apps
  • Widget photo notes now save the note and picture locally before background synchronization,
    retain failed uploads for retry, and resume interrupted capture processing
  • The optional Clean trailing spaces on save setting now only removes single trailing
    spaces from edited lines, preserving untouched lines and Markdown hard line breaks
  • Recovery checkpoints no longer restore trailing spaces removed during save-time cleanup
