• Layouts can now use either the note edit or note preview panel as the
  central widget, allowing preview-only layouts to resize correctly
  (for #3712)
• Added a new Layouts panel to the interface settings where layouts can be
  created, switched, removed, renamed, reordered, configured to use the central widget,
  or created from layout presets in a dedicated dialog; the former layout
  management dialog and separate preset settings page were merged into this page
  (for #3713)
• Improved fenced code block syntax highlighting in the note editor and preview with
  more common language aliases, support for richer fence info strings, and fixes for
  JavaScript, SystemVerilog, SQL, Forth, C/C++ and CSS highlighting
  (for #3711)
• Fixed deleting a note in the note tree resetting the selected note subfolder to
  the root folder (for #3708)
