What's new

The installer also provides all static libraries and headers necessary to build monolithic agents. See https://github.com/MADS-Net/python_agent for an example.

On Linux, install it with:

gunzip mads-1.2.5-Linux-<arch>.deb.gz
sudo dpkg -i mads-1.2.5-Linux-<arch>.deb

where <arch> is the processor architecture, i.e., x86_64 for Intel 64bit CPUS, aarch64 for ARM CPUs (as Raspberry Pi).

On Silicon or Intel MacOS:

./mads-1.2.5-Darwin-universal.sh --prefix=${HOME} --skip-license

Then set the proper path (if it was not set already!):

export PATH=$PATH:${HOME}/usr/local/bin

On Windows, just run the installer.
