Release v.1.3.5
Version 1.3.5
What's new
This version introduces a new feature in the plugins: Datastore class.
When using the mads plugin command for generating a plugin template, it now accepts the -s or --datastore option. When enabled, the templates include stub on how to use the Datastore class for persistently storing JSON objects between runs.
The templates provide enough instructions. Further details are in the build/_deps/plugin-src/src/datastore.hpp header.
Note: to update already existing plugins, you have to manually delete build/_deps/plugin-*, then run cmake -Bbuild -DFETCHCONTENT_FULLY_DISCONNECTED=OFF to force loading the latest plugin infrastructure.
Install
On Linux, install it with:
gunzip mads-1.3.5-Linux-<arch>.deb.gz
sudo dpkg -i mads-1.3.5-Linux-<arch>.debwhere <arch> is the processor architecture, i.e., x86_64 for Intel 64bit CPUS, aarch64 for ARM CPUs (as Raspberry Pi).
On Silicon or Intel MacOS:
./mads-1.3.5-Darwin-universal.sh --prefix=${HOME} --skip-license Then set the proper path (if it was not set already!):
export PATH=$PATH:${HOME}/usr/local/binOn Windows, just run the installer.
