pbTechLab Primitive Fx Library v2.0.0

Complete migration from JUCE to iPlug2 + WebView UI. All 17 effect plug-ins were rebuilt with a new web-based interface (faithful to the original design), with full feature and parameter parity.

What's new in v2.0.0

  • Framework: Moved entirely off JUCE to iPlug2 + WebView (WebView2 on Windows / WKWebView on macOS), including the DSP.
  • New format: AAX (Pro Tools) added alongside VST3.
  • Platforms: Windows (x64) and macOS (universal — Apple Silicon + Intel).
  • Signing & notarization:
    • macOS VST3/AAX: signed with Developer ID Application, notarized, stapled. Installer (.pkg) signed with Developer ID Installer and notarized (Gatekeeper-accepted).
    • AAX (macOS & Windows): PACE digitally signed for Pro Tools.
  • UI: WebView interface reproducing the original LED-knob design, plus LFO chip, tempo sync, A/B, undo/redo, 10 presets, bypass, and help — no features or parameters lost.

Installers (attached)

  • Windows: pbTechLab_PrimitiveFxLibrary_1.0.0_Windows_Setup.exe — installs VST3 + AAX to the common plug-in folders.
  • macOS: pbTechLab_PrimitiveFxLibrary-1.0.0-macOS.pkg — signed & notarized; installs VST3 + AAX.

pbPFL Reverb, Delay, Distortion, Compressor, Limiter, 3BandEQ, 4BandEQ, PitchShifter, Chorus, Phaser, Flanger, StereoEnhancer, StereoWidth, MidSideProcessor, AutoPan, Tremolo, Vibrato.

Note: the plug-in/installer internal version string remains 1.0.0; the v2.0.0 tag denotes the iPlug2 + WebView rebuild and AAX addition.
