7.4.0
About This Release
ICEpdf 7.4.0 release introduces two major new features to improve encryption support and PDF/A write support
Digital signatures can now be configured to use a Time Stamp Authority (TSA) when signing a document. When properly configured, the signed timestamp will be added to the signing certificate. Improvements were also made to the signature verification process
PDF/A write support is now available for FreeText and Signature annotation edits of a document that was encoded using PDF/A. This can be enabled by adding the new icepdf-font.jar to the class-path. When present, the corresponding font resources will be embedded in the document to maintain a document's PDF/A designation.
