  • Prefill progress bar - on a llama-swap backend the Context Bar reads Prefill: [█████▶░░] 60k/95k (63%) (P: narrow) while the slot is prefilling: ▶ is the prefill front, numbers are prefilled / chat context. Reverts to Context: when decoding starts.
  • Slot Status + Slot Throughput widgets - State: PREFILL and Rate: 256.4 t/s for the session's own lane, from llama-swap's /api/events joined to /api/slots, same rules as the llama-swap menu bar. Needs "refreshInterval": 2 in the Claude Code statusLine settings to update mid-turn.
  • Harness - scripts/harness.sh <tmux-session> prints pane-vs-backend MATCH/MISMATCH rows per tick.
  • Upstream sync: 4 commits (dev-dependency bumps). Upstream's Related Projects addition was not taken.
