• Cache minutes - Cache Timer shows just the minutes left (Cache: 42 min, C: 42m), counted down from Claude Code's own prompt_cache.expires_at; red at 5 min on a 1h cache, 2 min on a 5m cache. Upstream's emoji countdown is opt-in (e).
• Quieter Chat ref - hidden when it equals the session title, which the prompt border already shows.
• Weekly Pace per model - s picks the bucket Pace measures (weekly, Sonnet, Opus, Fable), and an unreported Sonnet/Opus bucket no longer leaves [Timeout] stuck. Thanks to @alexbartok (#10).
• Default layout - Fable next to Weekly on line 1, Cache after Pace on line 2; config/default-settings.json mirrors the defaults so a config can symlink to it.
• Locale/timezone editor fix - Enter picks from what you just typed, even when it arrives before the screen redraws.
• Upstream sync: merged 14 commits (shared usage-percent widgets, faster terminal width probing, custom-command caching and timeouts, git command timeouts, model-scoped 0% quotas as real zero).
