First release of Mimick!
Mimick was originally a giant pull request for XENIA (from VISOR) and has since moved here-- new home, new name!

Improvements/differences from XENIA:

• supports 10x, haplotagging, stlfr, tellseq
• can generate barcodes for you
• input BED file is optional if you want to simulate the entire FASTA
• can specify one linked-read tech to simulate and another to output (file format)
• can take gzipped fasta files
• better error handling
• better runtime logging (everything prints to stderr)
• cleaner and nicer to use
