First release.

A guided Claude skill that turns "build me an Android app" into a structured process rather than an immediate scaffold.

What it does

0 Interview → 1 Spec → 2 Plan → 3 Implement → 4 Test scenarios
                                            ↑ ↓
                                            └── 5 Audit & fix ──→ 6 Beta → 7 Handoff
  • Intake interview — ten broad-to-narrow questions (purpose and anti-purpose, feel, form factors, target hardware, visual style, AI/cloud, data sensitivity, capabilities, the one non-negotiable invariant, distribution), asked in batches with defaults, then follow-ups generated from the answers.
  • Approved plan before code. Phase 2's gate is the one that pays for itself.
  • Agent-executable tests — tests/NN-*.md in SETUP → STEPS → EXPECTED → VERIFY → PASS/FAIL over a shared ADB harness, with rig and architecture tags so an environment gap reads as BLOCKED rather than FAIL.
  • Adversarial audit + scoped parallel fix agents, each locked to a disjoint file list.
  • Windows toolchain from scratch — no Android Studio required; phone, tablet and Wear OS emulators, and the gotchas that actually cost time.
