This update allows users to choose between legacy mode and the new Qt-based GUI framework! It also bumps the minor version due to a combination of the new UI, image upload support, and tool call support from the last release!

- During Windows installs, application now closes whether or not it responds to graceful shutdown commands - correcting a rare error during the installation process
- Fixed extremely slow startup on conditions where Kokoro is installed but not set up properly
