v0.1.26 — CMP 90HX Multi-GPU Unlock Fix

• Fixed an issue where some CMP 90HX GPUs failed to initialize in multi-GPU systems.
• Unlock state is now managed independently for each GPU.
• Successfully tested after reboot on a system with three CMP 90HX GPUs.
• All three GPUs were unlocked and reached full compute speed.
• Validated with NVIDIA Open 610.43.03 and VBIOS 94.02.74.00.01.
