Fix Annoy embedding storage to support incremental additions — The Annoy vector index is immutable after build(), so the previous approach of calling build()+save() per article caused all embeddings after the first session to silently fail. This resulted in only 370 of 31,860 articles having embeddings (from the first 3 days of operation). The fix buffers embeddings in memory during processing, then batch-rebuilds the Annoy index once via a new _flush_embeddings() method. Raw embedding vectors are now persisted in a new Article.embedding_vector column so index rebuilds don't require re-computing embeddings. Existing databases are auto-migrated with ALTER TABLE.

Add Constitution.md — Comprehensive project design philosophy document with 12 articles covering core values, architectural principles, error handling, UX principles, integration design, quality assessment philosophy, and contributor guidelines.

Unify version numbers — Consolidated version identifiers across pyproject.toml and rssidian/__init__.py to 1.1, resolving prior inconsistency between 0.1.0, 2025-07-03, and the 1.0 release tag.
Add Auto Run Docs/ to .gitignore
