This project is a Candidate Management System designed to manage fellowships, candidates, and their evaluations in the fellowships.
It was created by myself as a project to apply for a fellowship at the DEI (Departamento de Engenharia Informática) at the Instituto Superior Técnico, in Lisbon, Portugal, and that I kept expanding.
