Bug Fix

Fixed: plugin not working when installed from .streamDeckPlugin package -- The @elgato/streamdeck SDK and ws dependencies were marked as external in Rollup, so they were not bundled into plugin.js. This worked during development (via streamdeck link) because Node.js could resolve them from the project's node_modules, but failed when installed from a release package since no node_modules exists in the extracted plugin directory.

Changes

Rollup now bundles all dependencies into a self-contained plugin.js (~318KB)
Added @rollup/plugin-commonjs to handle CommonJS dependencies (ws)
Disabled TypeScript declaration output (unnecessary in runtime plugin, reduces package from 37 to 17 files)
