Notryn 0.2.0-alpha.3

Private desktop testing release. Do not announce as a public launch.

  • Verified terminal bootstrap detects Linux x86_64, macOS Intel or macOS Apple silicon.
  • Standalone setup and app need no destination Python/Node.js installation.
  • notryn opens the desktop application.
  • notryn update installs a verified newer package after the app is closed.
  • notryn rollback restores a saved application version.
  • notryn uninstall preserves notes, settings and recoverable app backups.
  • Includes the approved memory-fold logo, Brain connection fixes and softened focus transitions.
  • Publication workflow creates a new prerelease; it refuses to overwrite an existing version.

Windows is pending. macOS is ad-hoc signed for private testing; Apple Developer ID signing and notarization are required before the public Mac launch. Integrity checks trust GitHub and HTTPS; they are not an independent publisher signature. License and public website approval remain outstanding.
