⚠ BREAKING CHANGES

  • forgekeeper: Nothing stored under opencode-forge-session-title carries over. Sessions return to branch-based naming until their targets are set again, each PR/MR records a new review baseline, and RPC callers need the opencode-forgekeeper ID.
