• feat!: replace axios with fetch (#416) (c750c8b), closes #80

BREAKING CHANGES

• axios has been removed. Errors thrown by the SDK are no
  longer AxiosErrors, so axios.isAxiosError(error) returns false. HTTP
  errors are now instances of ClockodoApiError; error.response.status,
  error.response.data and error.response.headers still work. Network
  failures now reject with the TypeError thrown by fetch().
• A runtime with a global fetch() implementation is
  required (e.g. Node.js 18 or newer).
• The deprecated clockodo.use(plugin) method has been
  removed, along with plugin support.
