Adds a dropdown settings page to the local Web interface.

New:

  • Edit shoes, workout types, training focus, and Garmin RPE options in the app
  • Save changes to config/dropdown_options.json
  • Updated navigation between conversion and settings pages

Existing:

  • FIT to Excel conversion remains unchanged
  • CLI usage remains supported
