0.2.32 — Side notch top edge stays fixed between providers

• Side notch top edge moved a pixel when hovering Grok or OpenRouter. Card heights measured fractional for some providers (532.5pt, 443.5pt) and whole points for others. AppKit rounds a fractional window frame up, leaving the window up to a point taller than its content, and SwiftUI centered that leftover above and below the content, so fractional-height cards drew about a pixel lower than the rest. The content is now anchored to the top of the window, and the strip's width and height are whole points, so the visible top edge lands on the same row for every provider.
