0.2.33 — Active window burn hides when nothing measured

• Active window burn no longer shows an all-zero card. When the active window's only sessions carried no token ledger (for example Codex realtime sessions whose rollout records no token_count event), the burn card rendered fabricated zeros ("0 tokens", a 0% contributor row, "Avg/turn: 0"). Sessions without a token ledger are now excluded from burn attribution, so a scope with no measured burn yields no breakdown and the card hides instead — the same rule the popover already applies to an empty week.
