MeterUsage 0.3.0-beta.6, build 75, is an opt-in Apple silicon beta for macOS 13+. It packages the beta 5 executable source under a newer version to verify the in-app beta update path. No provider or interface behavior changes.

The ZIP is Developer ID signed, notarized and stapled. Swift 0.2.41 remains stable. See installation and known limits and the Swift cutover checklist.

Beta 5 users can install through the app when update checks are enabled. Earlier betas need one manual install. Live beta update acceptance is being checked separately; Swift migration and rollback remain unverified.
