Major version bump. Also realigns package-lock.json, which had drifted to
1.0.0 while package.json was at 1.1.0, back in sync at 2.0.0.

Headline since v1.1.0: the array-positional correctness family is fully closed
— intersect/union/except are now correct over array sources under churn (C12),
with the differential harness running every operator (array + object) against
a from-scratch rebuild with an empty KNOWN_FAILURES.
