4.8-pool-5

This is a modified version of chrony 4.8, with added support for the
protocols needed for NTS pools. It is intended for use as a server for
the experimental pool at https://experimental.ntspooltest.org/, and as a
client for the srv pool at https://srv.experimental.ntspooltest.org/.

The srv pool can be configured simply by configuring a pool source with
nts support. For inclusion in the pool, this version of chrony requires
that the pool token is added tot hte file specified by the
ntsauthtokenfile configuration command. See the chrony.conf
documentation for details on how to do this.

Installation instructions can be found in the INSTALL file. Note that
GnuTLS and Nettle are required for NTS support, and that GetDNS is
required for SRV pool support.
