LocalWhale v0.1.1 — Visual identity update / 视觉标识更新

LocalWhale 0.1.1 focuses on desktop identity and host-shell polish. The bundled initial runtime remains DeepSeek Harness 0.1.0-rc.6, Node.js 24.18.1, and pnpm 11.7.0.

LocalWhale 0.1.1 主要补齐桌面标识并优化宿主外观。随包初始运行时仍为 DeepSeek Harness 0.1.0-rc.6、Node.js 24.18.1 与 pnpm 11.7.0。

  • A simple LocalWhale whale-tail mark for the EXE, taskbar, Alt+Tab, AppWindow, tray, and Setup.

  • An opt-in WhaleGirl theme with one optimized transparent portrait on host-owned startup, recovery, and About surfaces.

  • A persistent appearance menu with Original as the default.

Changed / 改进

  • Replaced the hand-built header with the Windows App SDK TitleBar, preserving native caption buttons, drag behavior, Snap, Mica, and DPI hit targets.
  • 使用 Windows App SDK 原生 TitleBar 替换手搓标题栏，同时保留系统窗口按钮、拖动、Snap、Mica 与高 DPI 命中区。
  • Reworked startup and recovery into a responsive Fluent card; narrow windows and high contrast hide decorative character art.
  • 启动与恢复界面改为响应式 Fluent 卡片；窄窗口和高对比度模式会隐藏角色装饰。
  • Replaced the custom update card with a native InfoBar without changing update, ignore, defer, staging, or rollback behavior.

Fixed / 修复

  • Restored the connected title-bar state after manually restarting Harness, so a successful restart no longer leaves the shell showing a stale disconnected state.
  • 修复手动重启 Harness 后标题栏连接状态未恢复的问题；重启成功后不再残留错误的“未连接”状态。
  • Applied the same LocalWhale identity to the executable, taskbar, Alt+Tab switcher, native window, tray icon, and installer.
  • 统一 EXE、任务栏、Alt+Tab、原生窗口、托盘与安装器中的 LocalWhale 标识，补齐 v0.1.0 缺失的应用身份信息。

Upgrade safety / 升级安全

  • Existing v0.1.0 settings without visualTheme migrate to Original.
  • v0.1.0 设置缺少 visualTheme 时自动使用默认主题。
  • Close behavior, ignored Harness versions, and the last update-check time are preserved.
  • 关闭行为、忽略的 Harness 版本与上次更新检查时间保持不变。
  • %USERPROFILE%\.dsh is never read, copied, migrated, or removed by the shell upgrade or uninstaller.
  • 桌面外壳升级与卸载程序都不会读取、复制、迁移或删除 %USERPROFILE%\.dsh。
  • The official Harness WebUI remains untouched: no CSS injection, iframe wrapper, or frontend fork.
  • 官方 Harness WebUI 保持原样：不注入 CSS、不套 iframe、不 fork 前端。

Known limits / 已知限制

  • Windows 11 x64 only; no Windows 10, ARM64, Store, or cross-platform package.
  • 仅支持 Windows 11 x64；不提供 Windows 10、ARM64、Microsoft Store 或跨平台版本。
  • The personal preview installer remains unsigned and can show an unknown-publisher warning.
  • 个人 preview 安装器仍未签名，Windows 可能显示“未知发布者”。
  • Harness is still a developer preview; incompatible npm updates are rejected and the current known-good runtime remains active.
  • Harness 仍处于开发者预览阶段；不兼容的 npm 更新会被拒绝，当前已知良好运行时继续使用。
  • Theme resources affect only the desktop host. The upstream WebUI deliberately does not inherit the WhaleGirl palette.
  • 主题资源只影响桌面宿主；上游 WebUI 不会继承鲸鱼娘配色，这是有意保持的边界。
