DIC Release: CodeShin v2.0

This is the release prepared for the Digital Innovation Challenge, featuring all core functionality in place.

Compared to the previous version, this update includes:

• Resolved several bugs in the problem-recommendation logic to improve matching accuracy.
• Strengthened prompt generation for higher precision and better contextual understanding.
• Added an “Ask a Question” entry point for any selected code snippet, enabling targeted inquiries and responses.
• Redesigned the History & Growth page to include AI-driven learning path guidance.
• Integrated content and links related to the current Digital Innovation Challenge research.
