codex-webapp 0.1.1

Patch release after the first production publish.

  • Passes the resolved Codex CLI path to the runtime via CODEX_CLI_PATH
  • Keeps the npm latest channel on the production package
  • Preserves the localhost-first safety boundary

This fixes a runner-discovered startup issue where the browser UI loaded but the runtime could not locate the Codex CLI binary.
